A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM A TEACHER WITH OVER 30 YEARS ALONGSIDE ENGLISH LEARNERS

"English Is Not Difficult – You Just Haven’t Found the Right Guide Yet"

Dear parents and students,

Throughout more than 30 years devoted to education, I have come to recognise a painful reality: Many students fear English not because they lack intelligence, but because gaps in their foundations have persisted for too long, leaving them insecure and anxious whenever they enter a lesson.

I have held several roles that demand the highest levels of language ability and practical thinking:

• Senior interpreter at major international events, such as the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat.
• Assistant to the Director & Language Adviser for businesses and multinational corporations.
• Founder & English Teacher with more than 30 years of experience teaching school and university students.

I understand this: English in textbooks is academic, but English in real life must be a tool for creating value and opportunity.

WHY IS MY APPROACH DIFFERENT?

From an educational psychology perspective, I do not teach through "cramming" or rote learning. I use Restructuring Language Thinking & Building Knowledge Scaffolds (Scaffolding):

1. Understanding the psychology of learners with weak foundations: Helping students overcome their fear of making mistakes by breaking structures into manageable parts, so they can grasp S-V-O and the foundations of grammar in a short time.
2. Practical exam strategies: Whether it is a school exam, an entrance exam, APTIS or IELTS, I share the approach to analysing questions developed through years of working with languages, helping students optimise their scores.
3. A highly interactive learning environment: Small classes and close attention to each individual ensure that no one is left behind.

My greatest pride after decades in the classroom is not simply the number of years of experience, but THE BREAKTHROUGHS OF GENERATIONS OF STUDENTS:

🏆 International qualifications & university graduation requirements:

• Training students to achieve high scores in IELTS Academic (Overall 7.0 - 8.0, including Listening 8.5, Speaking 8.0 and Writing 7.5).
• Preparing university students to pass APTIS B2/C1 and gain exemption from all English modules from preparatory English through English 7 at major universities.
• Guiding a student to win Second Prize at the Nha Trang University English Olympiad 2026.
