All intellectual property rights in and to the LMS system and all assets invested in, developed, created, or owned by Gia sư English Chắp Cánh Household Business, including but not limited to source code, databases, user interfaces, designs, educational content, training programs, materials, trademarks, domain names, and administrative accounts, shall be owned by Gia sư English Chắp Cánh Household Business and its lawful successor(s).
In the event that the Household Business is converted into, reorganized as, or succeeded by a company or another lawful legal entity, all such intellectual property rights, assets, rights, and related obligations shall be transferred to and vested in the lawful successor without affecting the validity or continuity of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
Any change in the business name, organizational structure, business form, or legal status of the owner shall not, by itself, affect, limit, or terminate the ownership, management, control, or lawful use of the LMS system and its associated intellectual property.
